A "morning ritual" is a routine that someone completes almost every morning. The "ritual" can be almost anything. For example, drinking tea is a part of my morning ritual. I need tea to get me through the day, which is why I drink it almost every morning. And yes! A "ritual" does not have to be just in the morning. You can have a "nightly ritual" or an afternoon ritual! It just needs to be something that you do almost every day. Ex: Meditating is a part of his nightly ritual. Ex: A shower is a part of his morning ritual. It's how he wakes up in the morning. Ex: She goes on a daily walk after lunch. This afternoon ritual helps to keep her healthy.
