To "stick with" means to continue doing or using something - to be committed to it. It can also mean to not change something, to be close to someone, to remember something for a while. All things that either "stick" or become attached to you in some way, or that you attach yourself to! Ex: I stuck with that job for a while before I decided to change career paths. Ex: You need to stick to your diet if you want to see results. Ex: That memory stuck with me for a while.
