The expression "nice and slow" means to take your time and go slowly without rushing. This expression is commonly used when encouraging someone to take their time and be careful. It is a general expression, however, it is only used in this particular context of telling someone to go slow. You can also say "nice and easy" which means the same thing as "nice and slow". Ex: That's it, pull into the parking spot nice and slow. Ex: This part of the trail is slippery, take it nice and slow.
