The word "untold" is often used in the narration of a story to indicate something which was not narrated or was unreported. "Untold" in the context of a story narration is always placed at the end of the sentence. "Untold" can also mean too much or too many of something to be counted. In this context, "untold" may be placed before the noun in a sentence since it is an adjective, and sometimes this could be at the beginning of a sentence, however, it is not very common. Ex: No event in the story was left untold. Ex: Her car was left with untold damage after the accident.
