What does "remind someone of something" mean? and when do you use this expression?
When we say that someone/something "reminds you of someone/something," we mean that the person/thing is similar to another. Phoebe is implying that Russ is similar to Ross, hence why she says that he reminds her of someone. Ex: My teacher reminds me of my grandmother. Ex: The scenery reminded her of her holiday last year.
