For this particular sentence, yes it would be okay to replace "wouldn't" with "won't." "Won't" stands for "will not" and "wouldn't" stands for "would not." Would is the past tense of "will." In this particular clip, changing wouldn't to won't doesn't change the meaning of the sentence, however, it does change the tense of the sentence. This doesn't mean that these words are interchangeable. You would have to pay attention to each sentence and see if it would make sense to change the tense of the sentence.
