Kiwi asks…

What does "little" mean in here?

Answer from a Native speaker

teacher

Rebecca

"Little" in this case is used to modify an adjective and emphasizes the adjective. It is often added after an adjective to make something sound more positive or cute, or it can be added to have a negative meaning and belittle the adjective and emphasize something you don't like. In this case it is used more in a positive way to emphasize "fun". However, she is saying this sarcastically in the video through her tone of voice, and so she doesn't actually mean that she thinks the name is fun because in reality it is insulting. Here's a few examples of "little" in similar contexts: Ex: She lives in a cute little house. Ex: He owns a very ugly little car.
