"Lost" in this context means to be confused or to not understand something. Jake is telling Finn that he doesn't understand what Finn is trying to say to him. Here are a few more examples of "lost" being used in the same context. Ex: I'm reading the directions on how to use this new blender and I am totally lost. Ex: She's lost on where to start cleaning.
