Is "catch" the verb that's often used when it comes to "sleep" like in this sentence?

I'd say to "get" sleep is more common than to "catch" sleep! But they mean the same thing, and "catch" is used sometimes, so it's still a good one to know. Ex: Try to get a good night's sleep. = Try to catch a good night's sleep. Ex: I caught a couple hours of sleep in the afternoon. = I got a couple hours of sleep in the afternoon.
