"Watch out" and "look out" are same mean? What are the different ways to use that?

"Watch out" and "look out" mean pretty much the same thing and native speakers use them interchangeably. Both are used to warn someone to be careful or to be aware of something that could be hazardous. Ex: Watch out for that car! Ex: Look out! There's a football coming right towards you.
