C’est ce qu’on appelle enable increased choice and competitionici, et ce n’est pas grammaticalement incorrect. Dans ce cas, ton’est pas nécessaire. Exemple : The technology enables hospitals to serve patients better. = The technology enables better service. = The technology enables us to better serve hospital patients. (La technologie nous permettra d’offrir un meilleur service aux patients dans les hôpitaux.)
