While you got me hereè un'espressione più casuale di while you have me hereed è correlata all'espressione while I'm/you're/(s)he's here. Betty dice di essere già di fronte a un uomo, e nel frattempo vuole presentarsi. Non è che l'uomo abbia effettivamente portato Betty lì, ma è una situazione in cui lei gli sta mostrando la sua presenza, quindi è una situazione un po' spudorata per Betty. Dopo all while you've got me here, sono qui grazie a te, quindi sono qui mentre sono qui... Significa che lo farò. Esempio: While I'm here, I might as well sit down for a chat. (Ora che sei qui, vuoi sederti e chiacchierare?) Esempio: While I've got you here in the office, do you mind helping me with this document? (Sono appena arrivato in ufficio, potete aiutarmi con queste scartoffie?)
