manage expectationssignifica che vuoi essere preparato per la delusione che potresti provare riguardo a ciò che può essere realizzato nella realtà. Più specificamente, non è un educatore qualificato, quindi non dovremmo aspettarci che si comporti come loro. Esempio: We need to manage the expectations of the client by telling them that we can't meet all their requests for tailoring the dress. (Devi abbassare le tue aspettative dicendo ai tuoi clienti che non puoi soddisfare tutti i requisiti per rammendare un vestito.)
