"Aboard my boat" here means "come onto my boat". "Aboard" is used as a verb here, however, it is an adverb that refers to people being on a vehicle. Therefore, this sentence should say "Come aboard my boat" to be grammatically correct. "Take my boat" means "use my boat". Ex: There were 800 people aboard the airplane.
