The expression "dance around" in this case is an idiom that means to avoid discussing something directly. So when she says "dance all day around it" here she means that they will go all day not directly talking about falling in love with each other. Ex: He didn't know how to answer the question so he danced around it. Ex: Don't dance around an issue - address it head on!
