How does the nuance change if I say "a hassle" instead of "the hassle"?

There are two general ways to use "hassle." "It's a hassle" is the first one, and in the case of this video, "worth the hassle" is the second. Because this is the expression itself, "the" cannot be substituted for "a" here and must be used as it appears. Ex: It's a hassle to commute to school every day. Ex: It's not worth the hassle of commuting an hour to school every day.
