Why does the speaker put "this" and "with" apart from each other? Isn't it right to say "let's get over with this"?

The phrase "over with" here actually serves as an adjective in this sentence, and so it is common for it to be placed at the end of the sentence. "Let's get over with this" sounds a little less natural than "let's get this over with".
