What does "have someone" mean? I don't quite understand this sentence, could someone explain please?

Native speaker’s answer

The phrase before this one, "while I have you", means "since you are available/in my presence, there is something I want to tell you". The speaker here is being somewhat sarcastic by replying with "you don't have me", and is saying this phrase to mean "you don't own me", because "have" can mean "own".
