Is there any rule for putting "and" when listing the multiple items?

There isn't a limit to the number of items you list when using "and" - just remember to use a comma before it, and place it before the last item on your list. Ex: Last year, I visited the UK, France, and Spain. Ex: I chose pepperoni, bacon, and pineapple for my pizza toppings.
