I have seen the sentence "I can't take my eyes off OF you", but this sentence is "I can't take my eyes off you." Which one is right?

Grammatically, both these expressions are acceptable. We often say "take [off] of something," so many people think that the "of" cannot be omitted. However, this is not true. You can choose to use it or omit it in this case. Ex: I couldn't take my eyes off the scene. Ex: He couldn't take his eyes off of her. Ex: Take the price sticker off the gift. = Take the price sticker off of the gift.
