I see this "how to + verb" a lot, what's it mean?

"How to+verb" refers to the way to do or complete verb. It can also be used to imply that you are able to do or complete verb. Ex: I don't know how to swim, so I will go for lessons in the summer to learn. Ex: I know how to say 'hello' on five languages!
