"Young blood" or "youngblood" is an informal term essentially used to describe someone young! This can be a person with a lot of energy and dreams, but who is also inexperienced in the ways of the world. "Youngblood thinks there's always tomorrow," expresses the idea that youth have a sense of optimism, that there's always another chance to do something ("there's always tomorrow"). Ex: We need some young blood on our team. Everyone is old and jaded. Ex: We got some young blood joining us soon. I'm excited to feel some youthful energy.
