Almost! A "slow day" means that not much has happened. So, it feels like it is going slowly. Compared to a busy day, where time seems to go fast because you have so many things to do. It can also be a "slow day" if you have a lot to do, but it takes a long time to get through the work. In a business sense having a "slow day" means that a shop is not very busy, and there are hardly any customers. You can also take a "slow day" to relax and spend time doing what you want. Ex: Yesterday, I took a slow day and stayed in bed watching series all day. Ex: The shop was more quiet than usual at lunchtime. This was the slowest day of the week. Ex: I had a slow day at work. Hopefully, I get more work done tomorrow.
