Can I say "I hope" here instead of "I wish?"

No. You couldn't say "I hope" instead of "I wish" here! "Wish" is used for more unlikely, impossible events. So you can "wish" for something to be true while knowing that it's not possible. Where as "hope" implies that it's possible or that you tried. Here "hope" would sound like he attempted to look like Harry, but it didn't work out. Ex: I hoped I would get the role, but I didn't. Ex: I wish I could be in the musical, but I have too many commitments. Ex: I wish I had studied engineering. => didn't study engineering, but regrets it. Ex: I hoped to study engineering, but they didn't accept me. => applied to study engineering, but it didn't work out.
