The suffix "-grab" isn't a common suffix. I think the creators of the show just put together the words "lemon" and "grab" and made it a name. But the word "grab" as a verb means to grasp or seize something. As a noun, it means a sudden grasp or clutch at something. Ex: She made a grab for her purse and ran. Ex: Can you grab some lemons from the shop for me?
