To "bring in" something means to introduce, involve, or include that thing in a particular activity. For example, in this video, Dr. Doof says "bring in the real one, boys," to introduce the actual weapon that the fake one was just imitating or standing in for. Ex: We are bringing in a new employee next week. Ex: The company decided to bring in some new menu items because business was bad.
