student asking question

As far as I know, the word "miss" refers to those who aren't married yet. Then, if the female got married, how do you suppose to call them?

Yes, that's correct! To refer to women who are married, "madam" is usually used. Note that these addresses are generally only used in service situations, and it's rare for a person to call another woman "madam" or "miss" outside of these situations (especially nowadays). Ex: Hello, Madam. How can I help you today? Ex: Can you please help the Miss waiting here? She requires assistance.
