"Follow suit" means to do the same as someone else; to conform to another's actions. You can use it when you want to say that people or something will follow the lead and actions of something or someone else. It's usable in quite a few circumstances! It's used politically, formally, and casually, but in general, it indicates an order or sequence of actions. Ex: You can start eating. We'll follow suit soon. Ex: France decided to change their law, but no other country has followed suit yet. Ex: I went on to the dance floor, and everyone else followed suit. Ex: Don't worry. Everyone else will follow suit.
