Does Plan B's B stand for a "back-up?"

Not quite! Although I can see why you'd think so. Rather, the alphabet is used as a way to number and order plans. So let's say if "plan A" and "plan B" failed, there might be a "Plan C." All the way down to "Plan Z." But you're right in that "plan B" is a backup for "plan A," it's just not what the "B" stands for! Ex: Right now I'm on plan "D" since all the other plans failed. Ex: Arriving in August would be plan A, but if that's not possible, let's aim for September as plan B.
