"There we are" is an informal expression that is used in a variety of different contexts. Similar to the expression "there we go," it's often used as a positive exclamation for when something's going well or is succeeding, when one has finished a task or action, or when one finds a thing or person they were looking for. In the case of this video, the speaker has used it here to show that she succeeded at standing on her head, winning the bet she placed with Neil. Ex: There we are! I was wondering where I misplaced my keys. => Exclamation upon finding something Ex: Well, there we are. I've finally finished my homework. => Exclamation upon finishing a task Ex: There we are! The pasta I'm making is coming along so nicely. => Exclamation when something is progressing well
