"Audience" is a collective noun, used to talk about a single set of people that are attending or watching a performance. You don't need to use the plural form "audiences" unless of course, you are talking about different groups of people watching different performances. Ex: Audiences around the world are enjoying the new summer blockbuster. Ex: The cast performed for two very different audiences on Saturday. Ex: There were many concerts that evening that attracted large audiences. Ex: The audience cheered very loudly at the end of her performance That means If I am talking about one event I should use "audience" as a plural noun, which is the case in this clip.
