I don't really understand this conversation. Why did Rachel say "Get me Mark on the phone!" immediately after saying "there is no Mark Robinson in this office."? Also, why did the woman say to Ross "I love Mark. Do you know Mark?" so suddenly?

When she says "there is no Mark Robinson in this office" she was lying because she is trying to get the person she is talking to to make some changes. She is telling her assistant to "get" her Mark because she wants her to call him, probably to discuss whatever issue she is having. The lady talking about how much she loves Mark is for comedic effect. Ross is jealous of Mark and how much time Rachel spends with him, that is why he is trying to have a romantic meal in her office. The lady saying she loves Mark is just a comedic effect to show that Ross doesn't like him. Ex: Get your mom on the phone right now. Ex: Can you get the manager on the phone?
