"Hooray" Is an exclamation that expresses joy, celebration, or approval. A good time to say "hooray" is when you want to celebrate something with someone, such as when a friend blows out candles at a birthday party, or when someone wins, passes, or finishes something. Or if you've been waiting for something specific to happen and you're happy when it does happen. Ex: Hooray! We're going home, finally. We've been at the shops for so long. Ex: I won the game! Hooray! Ex: Hooray! You got into the university you wanted to go to.

"Entrust" means to assign a role or responsibility to a person or to give them something to look after and protect. It does involve "trust" because you're "trusting" the person to do that job or task.
