I've heard of "scariest" as a superlative form of the adjective "scary". But, I'm not sure about "scarediest". Is it a common phrase in the U.S.?

You're quite right. "Scarediest" is not grammatically correct! The correct form would be "the most scared" when comparing to how others are scared. They use "scarediest" here to highlight the childlikeness of Bubble. Like when children confuse words or make them a little bit different. Ex: I was the most scared out of everyone on that rollercoaster! Ex: That was the scariest movie I've ever seen.
