Can you tell me the difference between "call me", "call out me" and "call out to me"?

"Call me" means to contact someone by telephone. Ex: Could you call me later? Ex: She plans to call the clinic to schedule an appointment. "Call out me" is not grammatically correct and isn't used. "Call out to me" means speaking or yelling from a distance to get another's attention. Ex: I tried calling out to you, but I guess you didn't hear me. Ex: He called out to me to get my attention.
