A "thought bubble" is a common illustration of a cloud shape that has words people or characters think in. This is usually used in comics, drawings, and animations. Here, I think it could be a metaphorical "thought bubble" where in this channel they have a section of the video where they "think" or explain things which they've called the "thought bubble." Ex: Look at what the character is thinking in this thought bubble. It's so funny. Ex: Entering a thought bubble, what do you think about the rise of oil prices? => metaphorical
