What's the main difference between a "body" and a "torso?"

The "torso" is a part of the "body!" A "body" is your whole body- the whole person. The "torso" is the part of the body where your back, chest, and abdomen is. It's also called the "trunk" of your body. Ex: Her torso was hurting from bungee jumping. Ex: Please wind up the window and sit down. We need your whole body in the car before we go.
