What is the difference between “odor” and “smell” and “scent”?

"Scent" is mostly used only describing pleasant smells, whereas "Odor" and "Smell" can be used to describe both bad and good smells. To be more specific, "odor" is a distinctive smell, especially an unpleasant one.
