Here, "Yorker" is the short version for the name of a car, "The Chrysler New Yorker." It's similar to the car they drive in the music video; a "Cadillac." I'd say that "Yorker" rhymes better with the other words in the song than "Cadillac"! Ex: That's a nice Yorker. When did you get it? Ex: I'm driving my Yorker to Georgia this week.
