A "chime" and a "bell" have different shapes. A "bell" is shaped kind of like a triangle and can be played by itself. A "chime" is a metal tube and is played with other chimes. They look like metal tubes in a row, and together they make a nice sound! Ex: The chimes sound so pretty! Ex: They rang the bell for dinner.
