I've seen many night markets in Asian countries, but is it also common in western culture?

Night markets did not originally exist in the West. However, many cities, especially in North America, Europe, and Australia, have large Asian immigrant populations and these populations have helped popularize night markets over time. For example, in Canada and the United States, they commonly have temporary night markets in the summer that are dedicated to sharing Asian culture and selling Asian street foods.
