What's the difference between "justice" and "judge"?

The difference is the level and type of court that they work in. Judges work in lower-level courts, such as district court and circuit court. Justices are found on a state's Appeals Court and Supreme Court. However, the work they do is essentially the same! Ex: A new Supreme Court justice has been appointed. Ex: The judge granted the defendant a new trial due to lack of evidence.
