"On the move" means to move from one place or job to another. You can use it when you want to refer to yourself or people who move a lot, to say that someone is always busy doing something and going places, or you can also use it to indicate physical movement like exercise. Ex: Growing up, my family was always on the move because of my dad's job. Ex: I've been on the move all day, and now I'm so tired. Ex: Jane is always on the move. She needs to relax for a bit.
