Good question! Hard skills are skills that are learnt through hands-on experience, training, or education. For example, computer programs or technical skills that can be measured and learnt from/taught to others. They are different from soft skills, which are personality traits like leadership, communication, and teamwork. Hard skills - mathematics, Python, Microsoft Office, etc. Soft skills - time management, stakeholder management, communication, etc.
