Here, "watch" is used, but what's the difference between "watch", "see", "look at" if there is one?

There is a slight difference! To "look at" something means to direct your eyes towards it. To "see" something means to notice or become aware of it. To "watch" means to look at something for an amount of time and see what happens. Ex: Look at the shooting star! Over there! Ex: Did you see me on stage? Ex: I'm going to watch the fireworks tonight.
