I saw "on my way" before. What's the difference between "on my way" and "in my way"?

"On my way" means you have begun or are about to begin the journey to go somewhere. Here "In my way" means in one's manner or method of doing something. "In my way" also means that something is blocking your path or hindering you from going somewhere. Ex: You're in my way, Beth. Please move. Ex: I'm on my way to the party! See you soon! Ex: In my way, I have adapted to a new city and place.
