Here, "go over" is a phrasal verb that means to examine or check something carefully. It can also mean studying or explaining something. Ex: I went over my thesis one more time before handing it in. => check carefully Ex: Did you go over with Jane what she needs to do for the party? => explain to someone Ex: Let's go over the last topic tonight before the exam tomorrow. Ex: I went over it with you multiple times, but you still didn't listen.
