Can I say "go back there" instead of "go back out there"? If it is possible what's different between these two?

Yes, you can say "go back there" instead of "go back out there", however "go back there" is less specific. To "go back there" means to go back to a place mentioned before while "go back out there" specifically means to go back outside or outside the room where someone is in. Ex: You have to go back out there and talk to them. Ex: I need to go back out there and get back to work.
