Kiwi asks…

What does “go wrong” mean? Can I use “go right” as well?

Answer from a Native speaker

Rebecca

'Go wrong' means that something happened unsuccessfully or made a mistake. Yes, you can use 'go right', however, most people tend not to use the term as just 'go right'. In most cases, they'll use the third person singular present 'goes' or the past participle 'gone'. Ex: Nothing has gone right since he made that decision. Ex: If our plan goes right, we'll be rich.
