What's "mutual" mean here?

Mutual here most likely refers to the question of whether the interaction was wanted by both parties. Did they both participate in it willingly (mutually), and was it a positive interaction? If someone says the interaction was not mutual, it means that it was one-sided, in either intention or participation. Ex: The feeling was not mutual. I did not want to be there. Ex: It was a positive, mutual conversation.
